✦ I reserve the right to deny any commission requests. be it for any reason.✦ Refunds are not allowed once work has begun on the drawing, even if it is still just the sketch.✦ Payment is made through paypal only.✦ the order will only be started with either half or full payment already made. the illustration will not be started until payment is confirmed. if it is split, 50% of the payment should be made before the sketch and 50% after it's complete.✦ the expected wait time is at maximum 4 weeks; in the case of smaller pieces it can be faster, while if it is a larger commission it can take longer. i take emergency commissions with a minimum term of 4 days, bearing in mind that you will be charged an extra proportional amount for an emergency term.✦ all major changes are made during the sketch stage, make sure to change anything you want during it and to, please, avoid asking for those types of changes once the piece is already finished or close to completion, or else those changes will be charged. if i had already been warned about a detail earlier or if it was the artist's mistake i will not charge you for the fixing.✦ you may use the art in any way you want, keeping my signature, which will be made discreet. in the case of commercial art the terms may differ, being that the case, make sure to contact me for better information on it.✦ when purchasing an nsfw commission: your oc or the media character of choice (in the case of fanarts) must be over 18 canonically, and so should be the client requesting it.✦ i usually post some of my finished pieces on social media, if you don't want them posted, please let me know in advance.
